The Tubular Level Gauge from IPS Automation is a simple, reliable, and cost-effective visual
level measurement device used for direct indication of liquid level in tanks, vessels, and low
pressure process systems. It consists of a transparent glass or acrylic tube connected to the
tank through top and bottom process connections, allowing the liquid level inside the tube to rise
and fall in line with the actual tank level. This provides operators with instant visual confirmation
of the liquid level without the need for electrical power or complex instrumentation.
Tubular level gauges are commonly used in atmospheric tanks, low-pressure vessels, chemical
dosing systems, water tanks, utility tanks, and process skids where direct visibility, easy
installation, and low maintenance are important. The gauge can be supplied with isolation
valves, drain and vent connections, protective guards, tie rods, or C-channel protection to
improve safety, visibility, and serviceability. Heavy-duty borosilicate glass tubes are often used
for better strength and clarity, while acrylic, PVC, PP, or lined options may be selected for
specific chemical compatibility requirements.
