The Reflex Level Gauge from IPS Automation is a direct visual level measurement instrument
designed for clear and reliable indication of liquid level in tanks, vessels, boilers, separators,
and industrial process equipment. It uses a specially grooved reflex glass that works on the
difference in refractive index between liquid and vapour/gas. In operation, the liquid area
appears dark while the vapour or gas area appears bright, allowing operators to identify the
liquid level quickly and clearly.
Reflex level gauges are widely used in manufacturing and process industries where simple,
durable, and cost-effective level indication is required. They are suitable for many high-pressure
and high-temperature applications and are especially useful for colourless liquids, boiling
liquids, foamy liquids, and viscous media where a clear visual level indication is needed. The
rugged chamber, toughened borosilicate glass, gasket sealing, cover plate, and valve
arrangement make the gauge suitable for demanding industrial service.
