The Weld Pad Level Gauge from IPS Automation is a direct-mounted visual level measurement
solution designed for reliable liquid level indication in tanks, vessels, pressure vessels,
separators, silos, mixers, reactors, and industrial process equipment. Unlike conventional level
gauges that require additional nozzle connections, flanges, gaskets, or fittings, a weld pad level
gauge is welded directly onto the vessel wall, creating a permanent and leak-resistant
installation with fewer potential leakage points.
This gauge is suitable for demanding industrial applications involving high temperature, high
pressure, viscous liquids, corrosive media, and limited-space installations. The viewing section
allows operators to visually monitor liquid level directly, supporting safe process control, quick
inspection, and continuous level observation. Weld pad level gauges are commonly
manufactured using stainless steel, Hastelloy, Duplex stainless steel, or other corrosion
resistant alloys, with borosilicate or toughened glass selected according to pressure and
