differential pressure transmitter or flow instrument to calculate the flow rate.
An orifice flange assembly generally consists of a pair of orifice flanges, an orifice plate, bolts,
nuts, gaskets, jacking screws, and pressure tapping points. The built-in pressure taps eliminate
the need for separate pipe tapping, while the jacking screws help separate the flanges for easy
inspection, removal, or replacement of the orifice plate. This makes the assembly a reliable and
maintenance-friendly solution for process flow monitoring in manufacturing and industrial
applications.
